Dedalus is a privately held company, majority-owned by Ardian, a global private investment firm supporting its growth since 2016.

Dedalus is led by Alberto Calcagno.
Alberto Calcagno, graduated in Economics at the Bocconi University in Milan. After gaining several years of experience in investment banking, he joined FASTWEB in 2000, where he covered various strategic roles. Alberto joined Dedalus in 2023 as CEO, and Andrea Fiumicelli is the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Acquired by Dedalus, Dosing is a German leader in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions that enhance medication safety and support clinical decision-making in healthcare. The integration strengthens Dedalus’ offering in the field of digital therapeutics and patient safety.

Subsidiaries & Regions
