Dedalus Transfers iSOFT Nederland B.V. and ExpertDoc B.V. to Total Specific Solutions B.V.

Milan, Italy, 12nd of February 2025 – Dedalus Group (“Dedalus”), the global leader in health software¹, with a vast network of hospitals serving a population of over 540 million patients, has completed the transfer of its subsidiaries, iSOFT Nederland B.V. and ExpertDoc B.V., to the Dutch group Total Specific Solutions B.V. (“TSS”) as of November 1, 2024.
