VITAE Suite offers Public and Private Social Care Providers to work with a comprehensive and central citizen record for each citizen. The Solution can manage a citizen’s record from childhood / adolescence to adult disabled, drug or alcohol abuser, health care or rehabilitation patient and to elder care. Collaboration and shared data are fully optional, and the degree of openness is easily managed through the users’ security profiles and organizational affiliation. The Solution can operate in various degrees of separating data and restricting access, but also with an open approach to sharing of data, for instance master data and medicine data, but also shared Social Care action plans and elder care casefiles such as the Danish “Fælles Sprog III”.

The Suite offers each user a tailored digital workplace. Each user is met by an interface that is specific to the user’s care setting, role, rights and needs. The user-friendly implementation of flexible, configurable Case Files and overviews provides users with effective tools, detailed information and a full perspective at all times. The solution’s dynamic tool for designing case types and forms is visual-based, drag-and-drop configurable, and enables the Care Provider’s users to easily build in good usability, when designing new cases and forms.

Besides being a versatile Social Care Solution, VITAE Suite is also an advanced BI, reporting and integration platform. The solution integrates to 40+ external systems and solutions, including roster systems, esdh systems, third-party training and triage solutions, and of course to external clinical communication and much more. Integration is done through open standards and API’s. Furthermore, by operating almost exclusively with structured data, the solution easily and efficiently provides Business intelligence to the Care Provider’s tool of selection.
