Dedalus acquires Lutech Group’s Healthcare Software Division
and boosts leadership in Italy
Milan, July 4th 2022 – Dedalus Group, leader in the European Digital Health sector, is announcing the acquisition of the Healthcare Software Division of Lutech Group, a leading company in Italy and a European player in ICT services and solutions.
The acquisition boosts Dedalus’ leadership in Italy in the HIS/LIS (Hospital Information System/Laboratory Information System) business services, from a market standpoint, thanks to Lutech’s customer base, as well as from a human capital perspective: Lutech HealthTech’s approximately 70 highly-skilled people will enhance Dedalus’s Italian team, raising the total number of staff in the country to 1,700 (there are over 6,700 worldwide).
