My name is Milena Martigli Jiang and I have a degree in statistics.

In Dedalus I’m a BI Specialist and I have been working here since 2019.

I take care of data acquisition through ETL up to the creation of dashboards for the representation of data and finally to the deployment on Customers.

What advice do you give to females wanting to join a career in Engineering/STEM? To women who want to pursue a career in Engineering / STEM I say that there are no jobs for genders, we must do what we like regardless of prejudices.

What skills do you need for a career in Engineering/STEM?
The skills needed for the STEM career are: adaptability, problem solving, mental elasticity and the ability to think about things as if they could always improve.
