Catherine Gastecelle

I work at Dedalus France. I am a tech lead in the R&D Patient Record team of DxCare. I participate in the developments and bring my help and expertise on the application to my team. I started in the company 28 years ago, attracted by the medical sector. With a few colleagues, we created the DxCare application to build a patient file to meet the needs of users taking care of a patient. It was a great experience to make the application live and evolve over the years by adapting to new requirements.

My background is atypical; my initial training was in plant biology, which I then completed with a computer science course. With this double competence, I could work on different projects and evolve in different computer languages.
