Compliance and Anticorruption

The Dedalus Group chooses every day to conduct its business with integrity, transparency, fairness, loyalty, and honesty, and in compliance with laws, regulations, and international standards. To this end, Dedalus has adopted the Group Anti-Corruption Policy which, together with the Code of Ethics, provides a systematic framework of rules and preventive measures to fight and prevent corruption. These rules must be observed by all employees, collaborators, and Third Parties with whom the Group establishes professional or business relationships, regardless of the country in which they operate.
To demonstrate its commitment to preventing and combating corruption, Dedalus S.p.A. has implemented an Anti-Bribery Management System in accordance with the international standard ISO 37001:2016. This system aims to prevent, detect, and address corruption while ensuring compliance with applicable anti-corruption laws.
Compliance with this Management System is not only mandatory for all personnel but also represents a fundamental condition for establishing any business relationship undertaken by Dedalus S.p.A. in the course of its activities. For this purpose, Dedalus Group has adopted specific Policies addressed to Third Parties who have or intend to have commercial relationships with it, in order to share Dedalus’ commitment to preventing and fighting corruption.
- Group Relationship with Healthcare Professionals and Healthcare Organizations Policy
- Group Gifts, Events, Hospitality, Donations and Sponsorship Policy.
Furthermore, in accordance with the Whistleblowing Policy, the Dedalus Group has implemented processes that encourage and enable personnel to report in good faith—or based on a reasonable belief—any attempted, suspected, or actual acts of corruption, or any violation or weakness concerning the Anti-Bribery Management System. Retaliation is strictly prohibited, and those who make such reports are protected.
The Code of Ethics, the Whistleblowing Policy, and the Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001 are published in the “Environmental, Social and Governance” section.
