Mobile EPR solution for ambulances among finalists for 'Improving Out of Hospital Care through Digital'
North West Ambulance Service (NWAS) and Dedalus partnered to deliver OneResponse, an EPR designed and built as a progressive web-application.
OneResponse prioritises an exceptional user interface and user experience to provide a seamless and intuitive healthcare experience for users. It is device agnostic, ensuring future hardware procurement is not restricted, and can be updated centrally by Dedalus removing any burden on the NWAS IT department.
It contains integrated real-time access to the GP Connect platform, returning reliable patient data from the GP at the patients’ side with no requirement for the user to navigate additional systems or credentials.
The collaboration was shortlisted among the finalists at the prestigious HSJ Digital Awards, held in Manchester, for ‘Improving Out of Hospital Care through Digital’.
