Release of version 6.5
On December 8th 2022, HYDMedia G6 06.05.00.00 was released for our customers in the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Canada, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Italy, New Zealand, Australia, Egypt, Spain, Malaysia, Thailand and South Africa.
Several new functionalities have been developed and are available in this new version (depending on the scope of your installation, some extra licences might be required). The main ones are listed below:
e-archiving functionalities:
- Hash value verification (recurring – configurable, at document opening, on demand)
- Automated export, chaining and archiving of audit logs
User interface (web client):
- Editable and feasible annotations
- Personal settings: extended document display settings – better ergonomics
Workflow engine:
- Export and import of master data
- Multiple selection and direct closing of tasks in work lists
- Multiple import/export
Administrators:
- Import of user groups without configuration
- Copy user group (within HYDMedia)
- Update Keycloak Authentication Server 18
- Extended logging of administrator features
Technical:
- End of support for Oracle 11.2 and PostgreSQL 11
