Dedalus appoints Felice Di Rienzo as Delivery and Professional Services Director, UK & Ireland
Felice Di Rienzo joins Dedalus as Delivery and Professional Services Director for the UK and Ireland as healthcare organisations continue to invest in digital transformation programmes designed to improve productivity, modernise services and deliver better outcomes for patients and staff.
Felice brings more than 30 years of experience leading healthcare technology delivery, professional services and large-scale transformation programmes across the NHS and European healthcare markets. He joins Dedalus from Clinisys, where he served as Vice President of Professional Services for the UK, Ireland and Europe.
Throughout his career, Felice has successfully delivered complex healthcare technology programmes spanning laboratory information management systems (LIMS), diagnostics, order communications and clinical applications. Notably, he oversaw the successful delivery of Northern Ireland’s national LIMS programme. He has worked closely with healthcare organisations to improve operational performance, modernise critical services and maximise the value of digital investments.
In his new role, Felice will lead Dedalus’ delivery and professional services teams across the UK and Ireland, supporting customers through every stage of their transformation journey. His focus will include delivery excellence, customer success and ensuring organisations achieve meaningful clinical, operational and financial benefits from their technology investments.
