OneResponse Accessibility Statement

This accessibility statement applies to the OneResponse application (web and mobile) and associated content.

We want as many people as possible to be able to use OneResponse. For example, this means you should be able to:

  • Change colours, contrast levels, and fonts (including Dark Mode support)
  • Zoom in up to 300% without text spilling off the screen
  • Navigate the application using just a keyboard

We’ve also made the application text as simple as possible to understand. AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.

Points to note

We know some parts of OneResponse may be difficult to use, and we are working to address these in upcoming releases:

  • In certain modal pop-ups, focus may not automatically move to the modal content for some assistive technologies
  • Navigate using speech recognition software
  • Listen to most content using a screen reader (including NVDA and VoiceOver)

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 (the ‘accessibility regulations’).

Technical information about OneResponse accessibility

Dedalus (DH OPCO UK LTD) is committed to making the OneResponse application accessible, in accordance with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.

OneResponse is tested against WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines as part of our quality assurance process, and accessibility improvements are included in our Continuous Service Improvement roadmap.
