At the same time, the traceability, combined with an efficient real-time production BI, allows for the optimization of laboratory production and alleviation of bottlenecks.
Through a modern and user-friendly interface, Dedalus Pathology offers an inclusive and flexible approach to pathologist reporting, with options for preconfigured and standardized reporting models/checklists and templates, featuring auto-coding of elements such as SNOMED and the use of speech recognition when needed.
With the integrated Dedalus digital pathology, the pathologist has direct access to digitized slides (WSIs), reference cases, and the ability to share digital images for a ‘second opinion’ either locally or outside their organization via built-in authorization management and anonymization.
Dedalus also offers the option of deep AI integration as decision support for the pathologist’s reporting, allowing AI results to be directly transferred and used as part of the report without the need to switch between AI and the pathologist’s primary digital workspace. Dedalus has already established a partnership with one of the world’s leading AI providers, IBEX, so that their AI solutions in Gastro, Breast, and Prostate can be used directly within the solution, thereby providing pathologists with decision support that can enhance both the quality and efficiency of their work.
