We are continuously increasing the number of training courses available on both technical topics and soft skills.
In the very first days of the COVID-19 pandemic, we worked to provide all the necessary tools and devices that would enable our people to work remotely and provide continuous support and services to our customers.
We are investing in an extensive transformation project and a new Information System to simplify and harmonise our internal processes, deliver cost efficiencies and improve the quality of outcomes for our customers.

Dedalus recently jointed COCIR, the European Coordination Committee of the Radiological, Electromedical and Healthcare Informatics Industry. We participate in the association’s sessions to contribute our skills, knowledge and experience across the continuum of care to help European institutions, countries and citizens effectively navigate the digital transformation of healthcare
Dedalus has adopted recognised corporate governance best practices, adopting and refining the 231 Model and Code of Ethics and appointing a compliance manager. To guarantee GDPR cyber-security compliance, Dedalus obtained ISO 27001 certification and adopted the Information Security Management System.
Our interaction with customers is focused on quality and responsibility, allowing us to obtain ISO13485 accreditation.
