The Dedalus Group attaches a great deal of importance to and intends to pay particular attention to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy.

In this regard, please note that the Dedalus entity with which you have an employment relationship will process the necessary minimum amount of your personal data, only for and for not longer than required by the provision of Dedalus IT Group (DITG) and/or Regional Service Desk support.

By using the remote support application, you agree and authorize Dedalus IT Group (DITG) and/or Regional Service Desk technicians to remotely access your network and device to monitor and/or act, even in an administrative role, for required software and/or hardware support and/or update activities.

Please be advised that if the intervention requires it, during the remote assistance session, Dedalus IT Group (DITG) and/or Regional Service Desk technicians may request you to record the assistance session and/or capture screenshots and/or request joint access of other technicians for the purpose of resolving and documenting the request and/or for training and/or improving the quality of the service provided.

You warrant that you have regular and legal right to use the software installed on the device, other than that provided by Dedalus, to which the technicians connect, relieving the Dedalus group of any liability in terms of violation of applicable licensing regulations.

Dedalus guarantees you full legitimacy in the use of the Rescue by LogMeIn software and its accessory components provided by GOTO, necessary for remote assistance through a secure connection.

In no event will Dedalus IT Group (DITG) and/or Regional Service Desk technicians be liable for damages of any kind, including, without limitation, damages for business interruption, loss of information, or economic loss, resulting from the remote support activity.

By selecting the “Accept” option, YOU DECLARE THAT YOU HAVE READ THE DEDALUS PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY, INCLUDING THE SUCCESSIVE POINTS OF THIS AGREEMENT, AND THAT YOU ACCEPT IT IN FULL, INCLUDING THE DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR THE PURPOSE OF REMOTE SUPPORT SERVICE.

By selecting the “Decline” option, YOU DECLARE THAT YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE CONTENT OF THE AGREEMENT, THAT YOU REQUEST OTHER SUPPORT OPTIONS (such as telephone or chat support), AND THAT YOU ARE AWARE THAT THE EFFECTIVENESS OF RESOLVING THE ASSISTANCE REQUESTED MAY NOT REACH THE PURPOSE AND THE TIME FOR PROVISION WILL SUBJECT YOU TO A SIGNIFICANT INCREASE.
