HealthPoint’s Claim Settlement System enables participating Private Health funds to send a consolidated payment to your account for you and any other providers sharing the same bank account.

HealthPoint will issue a monthly statement for each registered bank account detailing all payments made by participating health funds using the Claim settlement system. Once you receive this you will be able to reconcile your activity in 3 easy steps.

Overseas Health Claims

Several Health Funds have now implemented electronic claiming for Overseas Health Claims (OHC) with General Practitioners.
This means overseas workers, students and visitors can now have their claims processed after a consultation at any practice with HealthPoint.
The rebate amount will be credited to the providers bank account using the Claim Settlement Service and any gap payment is collected in the normal way.
